  • The Medium Channel is not used to diagnose diseases, nor is it intended to replace medical treatment. If you need medical attention or have a life-threatening condition, please see your Primary Care Physician or dial 9-1-1.

  • Payment is required to schedule your appointment. No refund will be processed with less than a 24 hour notice by emailing connect@themediumchannel.com and receiving a confirmation from me that I am are aware of your cancellation. All refunds are subject to a credit card fee.

  • You will need to pay in advance before your session.

    The only form of payment is using a credit card when you book.

  • This session is conducted with the utmost confidentiality and privacy. No records are retained following our sessions. Messages are channeled using writing utensils and paper during our session, with the paper being either mailed to you or disposed of properly if not mailed.

  • I use Square Up. I also tried the refund process myself using my own funds. This is how long it can take to process refunds according to squareup.

    It can take up to 2–7 business days to process a refund with Square. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2–7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer’s account.

    In total, it can take up to 4–14 business days for your customer to receive their refund.
